Soul Sight and Soul/Mind Touch and Manipulation: Hubert's soul likely looks, at first glance, fairly normal. However Eleth being a thing that's in all living things in the Graces universe, it's probable that Relius will see not only remnants of this (I would imagine possibly little dots of light in red, green and blue as those were the core elements of Ephinea) but tiny little flecks of light that are different from the rest. Those would be what remains of Sophie inside him, and granted him the Nova powers that are so rare to people on Ephinea. Those would be translucent with a bit of purple.
With that in mind, the events of Graces are still the freshest and strongest in Hubert's mind. It made him a better person overall so a lot of his darker traits have been pushed back down. He still feels a bit of resentment towards both sets of parents, but most of his anger towards Asbel has tempered considerably. It's difficult to say there's been a lot of "trauma" in Hubert's life, but there has certainly been a lot of struggle and problems coming to terms with the things that have happened to him.
That said, he can be manipulated, it will just take a lot of pulling at the right points.
Battle Doll/Murakumo Units and the Kusanagi Unit: I would be okay with either under the right circumstances, so long as he could return to normal at some point.
