Soul Sight: 17 is half human and android so he will have a soul. In the world of DBZ, a lot of characters are god haxed, aka extremely strong. 17's soul is strong, with high stamina and energy. He likes to be independent and free will. Sometimes he can be childish especially when he's bored.
Soul/Mind Touch and Manipulation: Sadly he has no magic to block this so I'm game. His dark traits can be pulled by thinking human lives can be a game. Anything that makes him feel superior to human beings. Also if Relius can pull 17 to thinking his creator was he admired, this would also cause him to follow the will of his creator. He will use mostly will-power to resist, but that's about it.
